Farms & Rural Community Project

PART 1 – The Problem:          The carefree lifestyle, ‘service to others’ values, and the traditional family farm of the rural communities has been decimated by corporate greed, and unfair government regulations. Farms have been abandoned and left to fall, fields are spoiled/overgrown, jobs are sparce/low paid and the minimal prospects has forced country folk to move to the cities.

Sadly, the valuable knowledge, resourcefulness and traditional skills are being lost as well as the decline in both quality and supply of local produce.

Our food is now genetically modified/bio-engineered, and now the establishment want us eating artificial meats and crickets!

Although important, rural life wasn’t really about the money, it was the slow, gentle and harmonic ‘way of life.’ Now, even the ‘community spirit’ is left floundering in survival mode as folks in desperation choose ‘service to self’ over ‘service to others’, just to afford to stay in the countryside. The farms, the jobs and the community heartbeat are no longer there any more.

Solution:       The Farms & Rural Community Project (FRCP) is an opportunity to demonstrate the potential and value of working together in order to highlight what can be achieved with the power of community, while at the same time, we create jobs, create REAL food that has not been genetically modified, humanely raise livestock that’s unvaccinated, grow seed crops before they get contaminated, and revitalize the rural economy to ultimately become self sustainable.

The Farms & Rural Community Project (FRCP) will be accompanied with a professionally produced ‘YouTube/Social Media channel.’ This will not only create even more jobs, but will showcase and teach the work being pioneered on this project for the world to share the journey with us.

The average farm size in our area is approximately 100 acres, of which maybe only 40 acres remains cleared and the other 60 acres as woodlot.

As we purchase the farms, the largest and best suited fields will be utilized for hemp and communal crops such as hay, grain and corn for the homesteaders. The remaining smaller pastures will be left for homesteading, with the most dedicated employees (who embrace the CARE psychology) being rewarded with a free home depending on their proposed business plan, which may be anything from greenhouses to ostrich farming, but definitely organic, and spouses encouraged to embrace the cottage industries from soap making to B&B that we shall promote on our website and UNN Marketplace.

It is intended that as we grow more and more organic fodder, that we start our own mill to create more jobs and less harmful/more nutritional feed for the animals.

It is also anticipated that when we reach the potential to grow over 1000 acres of hemp, to build a full sized plant using Wayne’s template and business model in order to create even more jobs. Ours will be the template for other communities worldwide to follow, as we prove the power of what can be achieved with a small group of determined people who are committed to changing the world (it’s the only thing that ever has).

Some people think that food comes from the shops. They do not realize that food comes from the farmers! The YouTube channel will not only address this, but will teach just how easy it is for any of us to grow our own vegetable gardens, teach homesteading skills such as bread-making, canning, food dehydrating, needlework and other forgotten household skills.

Farms & land will be bought, refurbished, land rejuvenated, markets and jobs created, scholarships, apprenticeships and mentorships offered and entrepreneurship encouraged. The older generation will be paid to teach the newer generation and the knowledge, resourcefulness and experience will not only be saved, but be taught.

C.A.R.E Legacy & 10-year plan:   To create a self-sustaining community with a diverse, skilled workforce that will become mentors for those coming behind them both as an example and a template for the world.

To have a worldwide community that becomes empowered by the results of ‘service to others’ and to showcase the importance of a healthy balance of work and opportunities to pursue the passions that feed our soul.  All this works to re-build the importance of family values and community.

PARTS 2 & 3:         Funding, labour and equipment will be shared with the second project THE HEALING & EMPOWERMENT CENTER (Holistic healing and Spiritual growth) and the third project, THE LAND OF THE LITTLE PEOPLE (The hook for all ages to embrace the love of nature and the magical powers within us all), both of which are for the awakening and spiritual growth of mankind. These two projects we have strived towards for the last decade with limited resources, but still yeilded very positive results.

About Us:     I am a farmer’s son. I grew up on a farm and witnessed the systematic destruction of the rural community unfold in the UK. When milk quotas came in, I diversified as a farm tractor mechanic but eventually had to succumb to working in the town. You can take the boy out of the country, but you cannot take the country out of the boy.

I served the British army for 6.5 years in the Royal Military Police. I understand the importance of tenacity, discipline, determination and leading by example.

In Canada we have the same destruction of the rural community. It’s the same pattern, but a few years behind the UK. We wish to reclaim the farms before they get converted or built on.

I have worked in the Oil Sands as a Material Coordinator, ordering materials and equipment for the smooth running of operations, covering most aspects of the comings and goings.

I’ve been an Assistant Store Manager at Walmart. Running and closing the store on my own most shifts. I understand customer service, man management and the importance of a well-run establishment.

I have a diploma in digital media with a broad range of experiences in websites, VR & augmented reality, video editing, graphic design and I know what I want from the YouTube channel.

We both run our own small farm and woodlot and have experience with a wide variety of farm machines and equipment. We walk the path less travelled along our spiritual Journey, hence ‘The Frequency.’

Both my wife and I are holistic healers. Debby is a Naturopath Designation (ND), Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Certified Lymphatic Wound Therapist (CLWT), Frequency Specific Micro-current (FSM) and a NES Health practitioner with a passion for alternative therapies, herbs, aromatherapy, colour healing, and nutrition to name just a few.

The Spiritual Funnel:     Faery Wood is a spiritual organization. It is comprised of ‘The Land of the Little People,’ The Frequency .Center, and what will be the Farms and Rural Community Project.

The YouTube channel is both the hook and the glue that bonds all these together. All roads eventually lead to The Frequency Healing & Empowerment Center.

The YT channel will showcase the Farms and Rural Community Project and highlight the joys and wonders of Mother Nature, which for most is the very first step of our spiritual journey. The channel will also sprinkle in a few baby steps to lead us a few steps down the top of the funnel with birthdays, crystals, essential oils and introduce the magic of the jovial and comical North American Coddle-Poppers (Faeries), with a full-blown weekly show, newsletter and eventually, a magazine.

The YT channel will be designed to counter ‘Operation Mockingbird’ and we shall use their own ‘MK-Ultra’ programming against them with our more powerful, and far more aluring and attractive ‘Beacon of Light’.

The North American Coddle-Poppers (Faeries), are the next stepping stone down the funnel towards The Frequency Healing & Empowerment Center. They live at ‘The Land of the Little People,’ located in the heart of the ‘Farms and Rural Community Project’ area.

Both ‘The Land of the Little People,’ and ‘The Frequency Healing & Empowerment Center’ are separate projects that are so special, that Spirit has generously groomed and blessed us with these projects.

‘The Land of the Little People,’ will be not only an interactive story telling experience, but their charmed magic will challenge the mind between what is real and what isn’t.

It will be a 450-acre North American Coddle-Popper themed adventure using the natural wonders of nature to look inward for solutions. It will include a tourist center with a bias towards ‘The Frequency Healing & Empowerment Center’ and a community shop selling FRCP produce and local crafts, as well as live demonstrations of essential basics of cooking and homesteading.

Spiritual and Healing Center to enable those who are ready, to discover the agenda of their soul. The Frequency Healing & Empowerment Center is the end goal of the Spiritual funnel. It will be a full-on Spiritual and Healing Center to enable those who are ready, to discover the agenda of their soul.

The Frequency Healing & Empowerment Center will be located on 350 acres of wooded trails around an 8 acre lake (Plan A, or at ‘The Land of the Little People’ as Plan B) for the initial start-up phase.

We shall (and in some cases, already have) hosted circles, events, and workshops to encourage spiritual empowerment, healing, and begin the journey of inner work. The whole purpose of Healing Owl is to assist with the graduation of 3D earth and for those who take their inner work seriously, to help them ascend to 5D and squeeze out the bottom of the Spiritual funnel enlightened.

Even though we have had zero budget, it did not prevent us from making a start, and we have already put many things into place and pioneered revolutionary healing techniques which also includes both guided meditations and a ‘Spiritual Quest’ audio book to help comprehend that life does not happen TO us, but FOR us.

Please visit https://TheFrequency.ca/empowerment  for just how far we have already come, both spiritually and practically with extremely limited resources with Spirit at the wheel.

Budgeting for the FRCP is about as unpredictable as inner-work. Farm prices in the area range from $150K to $1.75M. The direction that the project will take will very much depend upon who Spirit sends our way too, as that would depend on their skillset equally as much as what their passions might be, just like the proverbial box of chocolates.

It can be as traditional as a beef or sheep farm, to raising emus, growing organic crops for essential oils to using copper wires and frequencies to enhance the growing season. The journey and exciting adventure is down to Spirit, exciting new technologies, and who or what they find for us.

The end result will still be healthy organic food, meaningful jobs and lifestyle, education, community spirit and enlightenment, regardless of the fun and hard work required to get there.

The emphasis is on ‘service to others’ and ‘community spirit’, and it starts with a healthy lifestyle and meaningful employment for passionate people.

LOCATION FOR FRCP

This is the area chosen to be part of the Farms & Rural Community Project. It starts at the City Limits of Fredericton, NB and extends along Route 620 (Royale Rd), as far out as Maple Grove, NB (just off the top of the map on Route 625). Approximately 60+km.

The FRCP will be sub-divided into seven areas / parishes, Maple Grove, Williamsburg, Stanley, Tay Creek, Upper Woodlands, Hamtown Corner, and Estey’s Bridge.

MOVING FORWARD:

As each new project, farm, business, comes on the market, employees come on board, and bigger equipment becomes necessary, we shall create covenants with Creator as we go accordingly, in order to align with ‘Take what you need, and leave the rest’.
