The Triple ‘T’
TRANSFORMATIONAL THINKING TECHNIQUE
Albert Brian Jiggard grew up being called Al’ for short. Not such an unusual occurrence for humans I suppose, but Coddle-Poppers tend to use the fullest of full names in accordance with Coddle-Popper etiquette.
School was particularly hard for Albert Brian Jiggard, because the other children insisted on using just his middle initial instead of Brian, and no matter how many times Albert Brian Jiggard emphasized the correct pronunciation of his last name, the other children insisted he be called Al’ B. Jiggered.
Poor Albert Brian Jiggard, little did he know that things wouldn’t really get any better, even after he grew up and left school! Even while at school, Albert Brian Jiggard was considered to be a deep thinker. He could pull out a valid explanation for anything, and nothing seemed to slip his attention. His uncanny ability to thoroughly check the finer details of anything, was not lost on the other Coddle-Poppers, especially when it came to solving problems and hence his ‘Hold my beer’ nickname that will become apparent later, but here-forward (out of courtesy and Coddle-Popper etiquette), I shall use his newly acquired fullest of full names.
Albert Brian ‘Hold my beer’ Jiggard is an alchemist. His speciality is Spiritual Transmutation (the transformation and upliftment of our inner self). Albert Brian ‘Hold my beer’ Jiggard is able to redirect/change our lower vibrational energies into higher states of consciousness and awareness. Which in plane English, means that he can move us from personal limitations/attachments to a more expanded and refined sense of self… and that includes us humans too!
Albert Brian ‘Hold my beer’ Jiggard is going to walk us through his tried and tested Coddle-Popper method of Spiritual Transmutation, or in super-simple human terms, ‘Help us to clear problems for ourself.’
Albert Brian ‘Hold my beer’ Jiggard is clever beyond his young years, and probably one of the youngest Coddle-Poppers to assist us with our inner-work. Inner-Work requires discovering what is true from the ‘still, quiet voice’ that is our Higher-Self (who resides in the deepest parts within ourself). We achieve our best results when we pay particular heed to our answers from within, and not from other people. This is not something that humans have ever been taught.
It’s a little unsettling at first, because venturing into the unknown requires trust, as well as courage. When we dive deep within, we allow the truth within us to rise and meet the question. Albert Brian ‘Hold my beer’ Jiggard jokingly refers to this as a ‘Namaste’ process, where the divine in him (through his questions), speaks to the Divine in us, which is why he insists on going with our first answer (before the rational mind has time to kick in). We get our best results when we completely surrender to the experience.
To create the reality that we want, we need to remove the problem that is standing in our way. Albert Brian ‘Hold my beer’ Jiggard has a technique that’s efficient, simple and amazingly clears our problems 10 times faster than any human coaching or therapy. It usually takes him anywhere between one to six cycles to achieve (average is three, depending on the size of the problem).
Albert Brian ‘Hold my beer’ Jiggard refers to this as the triple ’T’ for short. It stands for Transformational Thinking Technique (we’re not talking about Thomas ‘Tipsy’ Tippleman).
Albert Brian ‘Hold my beer’ Jiggard can transmute problems in as little as 5-10 minutes, with the clever use of the three ‘T’s, so lets take a moment for a brief overview and think about how we can utilize the three ‘T’s on ourself, and clear whatever problems we might have in our own life. Before we start, we need to :
1: Make a list of all the problems that we can think of in our life and circle three problems that we’d most like to clear with the three ‘T’s.
2: Invest some time into reflecting on the difference that it’s going to make in our life, when we no longer experience these problems. (Later, when we use the triple ‘T’ on ourself, we shall apply the technique to each of these three problems until they’re completely cleared).
IN A RUSH?
If you want to understand the cleverness of why and how this works, please just keep reading. If however, you’re in a rush to get going, have ants in your pants, or your shirt-tail is on fire, then please scroll down the page until you see: ‘Pick a Problem.’
To understand how Albert Brian ‘Hold my beer’ Jiggard is able to clear problems so quick and easy (triple ’T’), we first need to understand why we experience problems in the first place. The short answer is… because we resist our reality.
The more in-depth reason is, if there’s something about our experience that we don’t like, we resist it. When we resist, two things happen. First, what we resist gets stuck in our subconscious mind as thoughts/emotions/mental images, and/or body sensations. What we resist, persists so to speak, and our ‘problems’ consist entirely of this resisted ‘thought’ content.
The other thing that happens when we resist our experience is that we unwittingly create subconscious goals/wants/needs in our mind. That’s because, when we resist something, we’re saying that we don’t want that, but really meaning that, ‘I want this instead’ (the subconscious goal).
When we use Albert Brian ‘Hold my beer’ Jiggard’s triple ’T’ for dissolving problems, we’ll notice that they dissolve problems by doing two things.
Firstly, we’re invited to feel the problem (probably, the opposite of what we’ve been doing), which until now, has been resisted. As we’re feeling the problem, we’re asked to notice things about the problem that we haven’t noticed before, and to verbalize them.
Side note: Verbalizing is huge for the Faeries and Higher Dimensionals here at Once Upon A Time. Anything that we want gone, we set our intention and say it out loud and it’s as good as gone. Whatever it is that we don’t say, we keep. It’s a simple concept that works time and time again. The Faeries and Higher Dimensionals are not allowed to go digging for it.
Having us feel the problem (and the feeling of it exaggerated), we then notice more things about the problem. In verbalizing the things we notice, it makes us more conscious about the problem (which until now, has been largely in our subconscious).
When once we’re fully conscious of the problem, the problem strangely (magically) disappears. That’s because it’s no longer in our ‘subconscious’ mind (meaning, it’s no longer there for it be resisted). Because there’s no resistance, it can’t be experienced as a problem either.
No resistance = no problem!
The second thing that we’re going to do, is to notice the subconscious goals that were formed in our mind when we resisted the problem. Once identified, we ‘achieve’ those subconscious goals in our mind (the mind cannot tell the difference between achieving them in real life and just achieving them in our mind). By us achieving the goal in our mind, we completely clear them.
Albert Brian ‘Hold my beer’ Jiggard and his Spiritual Transmutation system clears our problems so much quicker, because we’re not only more conscious of what we resisted, we’re also working on clearing those subconscious goals too. We work both sides of the same coin (the problem and the goal), that were created based on that problem.
PICK A PROBLEM
We first need to decide what the problem is that we wish to clear. We then write that problem down into a concise problem statement/summary on a piece of paper. (It’s important that we only work on one problem at a time). So if the initial problem that comes up is, I’m stressed about work, money and family life. That’s three problems, so we need to ask ourself which problem do we want to clear first.
Example: I’m stressed about my new homework assignment.
SIDE NOTE: Now before we begin clearing the problem in the ‘Transmutation’ section, it’s good to remind ourself of the fundamentals. We keep our eyes closed throughout the process (other than to read the instruction, and then to write our answer). We state the FIRST thing that comes up with each question and we keep our answers brief.
What will come up with each question is an emotion, a body sensation, a thought or a mental image.
We clear the problem layer by layer, by going through Steps A to G as many times as we need to, so as to clear the problem. Sometimes the problem will be cleared in just one cycle, sometimes 2 to 5, it just depends how big the problem is. The average takes three cycles (depending on the size of the problem). The greater the problem, the longer it takes, but the GREATER the relief.
The more ‘Transformational Thinking’ that we do, the more we notice problems clearing faster. This is because the Triple ’T’ is training us how to feel, and notice things better every time, so it speeds up.
In Spiritual Transmutation Step G (Does it still feel like a problem?) Notice the first thing that comes up. It should be a ‘yes’ or a ‘no’.
If it still feels like a problem, then go all the way back to Step A, and repeat Steps A to G again. We repeat this cycle as many times as we need, until, in Step G, the problem, no longer feels like a problem (if ever we are unsure if a problem still feels like a problem, then it probably means that it does seem like a problem, so treat it as a yes, and go back to Step A).
We keep going until in The Transmutation section, Step G, becomes clear that the initial problem no longer still feels like a problem, and it’s ONLY at that point do we move on to ‘Hold my Beer’.
THE TRANSMUTATION STEP A
Now, wherever it says ‘summarized problem,’ that means that we need to read the summarized problem statement that we just wrote down in ‘Pick a Problem.’ So, in this example, the problem statement is: I’m stressed about my homework assignment. So I should read that as: ‘FEEL (emotion) the stress about my homework assignment, what does that FEEL like?’
REMEMBER: What will come up with each question is an emotion, a body sensation, a thought or a mental image.
So, having read Step A, I now close my eyes, and I do it. ‘FEEL (emotion) I’m stressed at my new homework assignment… what does it FEEL like?’ And I notice the FIRST thing that comes up. Which maybe is, I notice tension in my body. So I open my eyes and I write that down: ‘Tension in my body’. Then I move on to Step B.
THE TRANSMUTATION STEP B
Part B says : ‘FEEL your answer to Step A’ (what I just wrote down), so I should read that as: ‘FEEL the tension in my body’. What happens in yourself when you feel tension in your body?
I now close my eyes and ask myself: ‘Feel tension in my body’, what happens in myself when I feel tension in my body and notice the first thing that comes up? If I noticed that I feel anxious, then I write that down. ‘I feel anxious,’ and move on to Step C.
THE TRANSMUTATION STEP C
Now part C should read as: FEEL stressed about my homework assignment, what needs to happen for this to NOT be a problem?
So, having read the question and closed my eyes, I do it. I FEEL the stress about my homework assignment, and notice the first thing that needs to happen for this not to be a problem?
Maybe I notice that I need to be calm. So I open my eyes and I write that down. I need to be calm, and I move on to Step D.
THE TRANSMUTATION STEP D
I read that as: What would you FEEL like if you were already calm?
Having read the question, closed my eyes, I do it. I FEEL the ‘calm’ and the first thing that comes up that I notice is that I would feel good.
So I open my eyes, and write that down that: ‘I’d feel good’. I then move on to Step E.
If we don’t know/can’t FEEL it, then guess what it would feel like (That solves the problem 9 times out of 10).
THE TRANSMUTATION STEP E
Step E should read as, FEEL good. What does good FEEL like?
I close my eyes and I FEEL good. I look for what ‘good’ FEELs like?
Maybe I notice that I feel more like myself. So then I move on to Step F.
If we ever don’t know, or can’t feel it, then guess what it would feel like (that solves the problem 9 times out of 10). If you can’t even guess, write the answer as, I don’t know and keep moving forward.
THE TRANSMUTATION STEP F
Read as: FEEL ‘more like yourself,’ what happens in yourself when you FEEL ‘more like yourself?’
I’ve read the question, I close my eyes, and I do it.
I notice the first thing that comes up. Maybe for example, I feel good.
I open my eyes, and write down: ‘I feel good.’ I then move on to Step G.
THE TRANSMUTATION STEP G
Read Step G as, ‘FEEL I’m stressed about my homework assignment… Does it still feel like a problem? I close my eyes, and FEEL if I’m still stressed about my homework assignment. I determine if it still FEELs like a problem? I look for the first thing that comes up. It should be a ‘yes’ or a ‘no’.
If it still feels like a problem, then click the ‘YES’ button, and it will take you all the way back to Step A, and you repeat Step A to G again. We repeat the cycle as many times as we need, until, in Step G, the problem, no longer feels like a problem and we click the ‘NO’ button.
Note: if ever you are unsure whether a problem still feels like a problem, then it probably means that it does seem like a problem a little bit, so treat it as a yes (it does still feel like a problem), and go back to Step A. We keep going until Step G becomes clear that the initial problem no longer still feels like a problem. ONLY at that point do we move on to ‘Hold my beer.’
Tips: If the answer to Step C is the same every time, we need to allow our answer to change. A couple of times is okay, but if it’s over, and over, every cycle, it probably means that our mind has become fixed on it. We remind ourself to allow the answer to change. Make sure our notes state the ‘first’ thing that comes up every time, and that should solve the problem.
