The Triple -‘T’

‘WELL I’LL BE JIGGERED’ QUESTIONS

Albert Brian ‘Hold my beer’ Jiggard’s ‘Well I’ll be jiggered’ questions, are the final step of the ‘Transformational Thinking’ technique, and should ONLY be asked at the VERY END of every triple ‘T’ session when there’s nothing else about the problem to make it (still) a problem. The ‘Well I’ll be jiggered’ questions are split into two parts, first the epiphany, and then the plan for moving forward.

The epiphany part (Well I’ll be jiggered 1-3), reveals just how much we have changed by doing the triple ‘T’ (our shift in perspective, and becoming aware of what our new intention is now), in relation to what we were working on.

The moving forward part (Well I’ll be jiggered 4 & 5), helps us figure out what now needs to happen, in order for us to realize our new intention (we can ask ourself this question as many times as we need to), so that a plan starts to form in our mind of everything that we need to do, in order to realize our new intention.

We don’t need to ask ourself every single question for each section, but we MUST ask ‘Well I’ll be jiggered 3’ (the last question of the epiphany part, and also ‘Well I’ll be jiggered 4’ (the first question of the plan of action). The others, we can pick and choose the most relevant. By asking these questions at the end of a session, we look back and see all the ways we’ve changed (been helped, feel great, and wanting to do more).

WELL I’LL BE JIGGERED – 1

What should come up is either something positive (or it’s at least neutral). We reveal to ourself how we now feel about it, and how our perspective has now completely shifted.

WELL I’LL BE JIGGERED – 2

We don’t need to ask ourself every single question (if any). We can pick and choose the most relevant, but they do help us to look back and see all the ways that we’ve changed (been helped, feel great, and wanting to do more).

WELL I’LL BE JIGGERED – 3

This is important because now that we’ve cleared the problem,  our intention now (in relation to our true desire), becomes revealed to us. It’s a clarifying question.

For example, we’ve cleared the homework assignment problem, and now ask, what’s our intention in relation to this now. When we look inwards, the intention will be there. It will be revealed to us. Maybe I’d state: I intend asking the teacher to clarify, or give me an example of what she wants (The answer will reveal itself).

WELL I’LL BE JIGGERED – 4

After we have answered the inititial question, it’s important to follow it up with ‘what else needs to happen.’

We keep going (repeating ‘What else needs to happen’) until no more comes up, or there’s a written plan/action plan of everything that we now want to do.

Sometimes there’s nothing that does need to happen in order to realize our intention (Example: to be kind to our friends/family).

WELL I’LL BE JIGGERED – 5

So, back to the example of the homework assignment, we might say, I’m going to work with a study-buddy. When we state when we’re going to do that (a date), that’s it. Job done.

There really are very few problems that Albert Brian ‘Hold my beer’ Jiggard cannot solve with this Transformational Thinking Technique (Triple-‘T’).
