THE POWER OF REFLECTION

THE POWER OF REFLECTION

THE POWER OF REFLECTION

In moments of quiet reflection, gratitude illuminates our journey. When we look back with thankfulness, we see how every twist and turn has shaped us into who we are meant to become.

Here’s Jeremiah Doodle-Dumpling with a few tips on:

WRITING OUR YEAR IN REVIEW

As we draw closer to 2025, most of us like to work out our New Year resolutions or set fresh goals. But before moving forward, one of the most powerful things we can do for both ourself, and our spiritual well-being, is to pause, and take a quick reflection backward.

Hi, my name is Jeremiah Doodle-Dumpling, and I am the ‘Story-Keeper’ here at ‘Once Upon A Time’. I’m responsible for archiving everything that happens at Faery Wood (Both ‘what worked’ AND ‘what didn’t’). I’ve witnessed both the highs and lows for generations of Coddle-Poppers, and nobody understands the consequences of poor choices better than me.

Invest some time to review 2024, our wins, losses, lessons, and pivotal moments. This is pure gold, because these provide us with useful clarity, it creates gratitude, and sets the stage for more achievable progress.

REFLECTION

It Reveals Growth: When we take note how just far we’ve come, even the  small improvements feel significant. Little victories are important.

Adjusts Perspective: Nothing happens TO us, life happens FOR us. By writing down our challenges, it helps us see them as lessons rather than failures. Everything is either a lesson, or a blessing.

Firm Footings for Future Goals: Understanding the past makes it easier for us to set realistic, and aligned, intentions for the year ahead.

HOW TO WRITE OUR YEAR IN REVIEW

Quiet Time
Find a calm quiet spot where you won’t be disturbed. Turn off notifications and give yourself the mental whitespace to focus.

Questions/Insights

What was one achievement that you’re the most proud of?

What challenges did you face, and how did you handle them?

What moments brought you the most joy or fulfillment?

What did you learn about yourself?

Feelings
Go beyond listing events. Write about how the experiences made you FEEL.

This emotional insight, uncovers what truly matters to you.

Patterns & Themes
Look for recurring patterns. Maybe you repeatedly chose curiosity over fear, or you realized that investing in relationships was a game-changer. These themes often give us clues towards our priorities and values.

Gratitude
Finish by noting three things that you’re grateful for. It may be people, experiences, or even lessons! This practice of gratitude, helps us shift our focus towards positivity, and abundance.

Onwards

Reflection isn’t just a look backward; it’s a launchpad for what comes next. By writing down our experiences and discoveries, we give ourself a clearer roadmap into the New Year, one that is anchored in self-awareness and genuine intention.

So, as we close the chapter on 2024, remember that every step (triumphs and trials alike), has shaped who we are today. Embrace the wisdom gained, celebrate our growth, and step into the New Year with renewed purpose.

SPIRITUAL QUEST

If you wish to discover more about yourself and how life operates, please check out our Faery Wood Spiritual Quest. It’s a Spiritual Warriors handbook/Awakening Journal, complete with audio and exercises. A hard copy is also available. It walks us through our patterns, awareness, triggers, forgiveness, acceptance, intentions, purpose and many more areas of our life such as change.

You can find more details here: https://thefrequency.ca/spiritual-quest/

IMPORTANT: Our mind is a magnet. When we think of blessings, we attract blessings. Likewise, when we think of problems we attract problems too. So we need to do our best to make sure to always have good thoughts and be positive.

More mindfulness tips incoming, but until the next time, keep smiling, and together we’ll change the world – one act of kindness at a time.

MORE ABOUT JEREMIAH DOODLE-DUMPLING (EDITOR’S NOTES)

We are each a ‘Spirit’ (part of Source/Creator/God, insert your own Divinity here) having a ‘Human’ experience. Our life on Earth is an encyclopedia of experiences laid out FOR us (by prior agreement), in order for us to LEARN and GROW. Through ‘Natural Law’,  no Coddle-Popper, Spirit Guide, Faery, nor Angel are allowed to intervene on our behalf unless specifically asked or invited by us, for fear of karmic intervention.

To work around this, Jeremiah Doodle-Dumpling is able to ‘suggest’ ideas through the power of meditation (as if it were our own thinking). If you get the opportunity, please check out his ‘Points to Ponder’ blog posts, as they are profound suggestions in order for us to meditate what is actually meant.

Allow the suggestions to digest and percolate. It is intended as to tool to enhance our discernment skills. You’re welcome.

DEAR AGONY ANTY

DEAR AGONY ANTY

HOW DO I BREAK OUT OF THIS DISTRACTED FOG AND PROPERLY ENGAGE WITH MY LIFE AGAIN?

‘Dear Anty’ is a service that anonymously answers Coddle-Poppers problems as they encounter them, and as we all know, a problem shared, is a problem halved. ‘Dear Anty’ has become so successful that Anthony Arthur Gony now even helps homesaps (HomoSapiens) too! (Don’t be surprised if this is not eventually included in The Frequency newsletter/magazine too). We are all one, and have similar problems as each other, so if a solution can fix it for one person, it can for others too. Let’s take a closer look of Anthony Arthur Gony at work:

DEAR AGONY ANTY,

I feel like I’m sleepwalking through life. I’m constantly scrolling on my phone, eating meals without tasting them, and having conversations while thinking about something else.

I know I’m missing moments that matter, but I can’t seem to slow down or be present. How do I break out of this distracted fog and properly engage with my life again? …Dotty Daedreemz

WHAT IT IS

My Dearest Dotty Daedreemz, here’s what happens with chronic distraction: Our brain becomes conditioned to constantly expect stimulation or something new. When we’re having supper or chatting, our nervous system starts looking for something more engaging. By comparison, the present moment seems boring, so we grab our phone or mentally check out.

Beneath the distraction there’s usually something being avoided. Quite often it’s worries about the future or some regrets about the past. Sometimes it’s uncomfortable emotions that come up when we slow down. Sometimes it’s just the reality that being present that involves us having to feel whatever we’re actually feeling, and the distraction just offers us a temporary escape.

WHAT IT COSTS

But here’s what chronic distraction costs us:

  • We lose the texture and richness of our actual life.
  • Days blend together because we weren’t really there for them.
  • Relationships feel surface-level because we’re only half-present.

SUGGESTION

The shift back to being present doesn’t actually happen through willpower nor harsh self-discipline. It happens through practicing small moments of genuine attention throughout our day. Our brain needs to relearn that the present moment can be interesting, that meals can be satisfying, that conversations can be engaging when we’re actually there for them.

TRY THIS

This week, pick a daily activity where you can practice being fully present (a meal/walk/shower/conversation). When your mind starts to wander or you look for distraction, gently bring your attention back (without judgment). REMEMBER: You’re building a new habit, not trying to be perfect.

PREFERRED OUTCOME

  • We look for physical sensations as an anchor (the warmth of our coffee, the feeling of our feet on the ground, how something feels as we touch it)
  • Leaving our phone in another room at mealtime or when we’re having important conversations
  • Make up a ‘one thing at a time’ rule (if we’re eating, just eat; if we’re talking to someone, just talk to them)

We tell ourself that life is happening right now (not on a screen or in our thoughts) and that we can return to presence one moment at a time. Our goal ISN’T to never be distracted again, it’s just to catch ourself sooner (rather than later), and to CHOOSE presence more often.

FINAL THOUGHT

According to Anthony Arthur Gony, these small shifts invite proper dialogue. They create space for truth, nuance, and respect. Coddle-Poppers are wise enough to  know that we are all unique parts of a puzzle, and if we encourage each other to shine, listen, learn and adventure into new ways of doing things, well, we may just find ‘interesting’ new ways of doing things.

These ‘new nuggets’ of knowledge (courtesy of Norbut Ovnolidge) then lead us down other paths that we have never travelled before too (like the icing on the proverbial cake)! When we change the way we look at things, the things we look at change!

The great thing about the Coddle-Popper way, is that it shifts us out of defending our limitations, and into exploring our possibilities (where the REAL change happens)!

We are each a ‘Spirit’ (part of Source/Creator/God, insert your own Divinity here) having a ‘HomeSap’ (homo sapien) experience.

MORE ABOUT ANTHONY ARTHUR GONY

‘Ant’ was christened Anthony Arthur Gony. But soon found himself called ‘Ant’ for short (by his parents) when it was discovered that Anthony was far too long of a name to have to holler across the woods at supper time whenever he was out playing (which was usually most of the time). At school his name got shortened further when his middle name got reduced to it’s first letter Ant A.Gony. But this did not bother Anthony Arthur Gony in the slightest.

Anthony Arthur Gony was a smart young Coddle-Popper who stood out from the rest of his class. He had an air about him. If it did not resonate, he didn’t engage with it. He certainly knew his own mind and took no nonsense. He had boundaries, and he unashamedly enforced them.

It was like he was immune to problems (when compared to others), and had an uncanny knack of being able to take a step back in order to see the big picture and was constantly the source of solutions for other Coddle-Poppers’ dilemmas. It wouldn’t be too much of a stretch to call him an ‘Agony Aunt’ (if he were to have a radio show or a tabloid article… and he was female).

But Coddle-Poppers will always Coddle-Popper, and none of the above mattered, he was after all, A.Gony and (according to his parents), his first name was Ant. That was close enough, Anthony Arthur Gony could still be A.Gony Ant. His nickname stuck, and Anthony Arthur Gony became the ‘go-to’ Coddle-Popper for ‘Agony Aunt’ advice. He even has his own column in the Faery Wood Coddle-Popper Gazette… (‘Dear Anty.’)

5-SECOND RULE

5-SECOND RULE

TOMMY ‘TOP-TIPS’ TINKLEHAUSSER’S WEEKLY TIP

Tommy ‘Top-Tips’ Tinklehausser is the Coddle-Popper who seems to have ‘been there-done that’ more times than any other Coddle-Popper. At a ripe old age of 973, if there was a hard way of doing things, he’s tried it (Not too dis-similar to some of us humans), with the wrinkles on his brow to prove it.

Tommy ‘Top-Tips’ Tinklehausser has compiled a compendium of cases where an easier way was found which he lovingly shares with us humans with his weekly tips in order to ease the emotional roller-coaster that we’re on.

Tommy ‘Top-Tips’ Tinklehausser describes the 5-Second rule is a simple countdown technique where we count backward 5-4-3-2-1, and then spring into action on something we know that we need to get done. The reason behind this is because, when we feel an urge to act on a goal or task, we have exactly five seconds to get started before our brain begins its own agenda of poo-pooing the idea with excuses, overthinking, or fear. We shall come back and address this a little deeper in a moment.

In order to clarify any confusion, Coddle-Poppers also have a very different 5-Second rule that humans have unfortunately become rather more familiar with… It all started one ‘Harvest Festival’ (many moons ago), with a plate full of yummy fungal crunch bark clippings (a Coddle-Popper delicacy). Archibald Fennington-Choohardurr (renowned for his incessant habit of unusually slow eating), was often the catalyst for the impossible-to-contain frustration of the faster eating Coddle-Poppers. He would still have a tantalizing heaped plateful of mouth-watering fungal crunch bark clippings long after everyone else had not only finished, but long since licked their plates spotlessly clean in sheer desperation of the glorious smelling, ’look but don’t touch’ plate of Archibald Fennington-Choohardurr. If you think that a dog drools bad, just witness a table of fungal crunch bark clipping obsessed Coddle-Poppers with just the vainest of hopes that he might leave (or drop) some.

Coddle-Popper etiquette dictates that nobody can take from another’s plate without it being offered. That being said, should it just so happen for anything to fall off the plate and onto the floor… well, that’s fair game. But the unwritten rule is, that the original owner gets a 5 second head start in order to reclaim the said morsel.

Of course, Archibald Fennington-Choohardurr refuses to be distracted from his ‘culinary-moment,’ and maintains his concentration of savouring every single tantalizing mouthful. Being bothered to retrieve any wayward delicacy would be such an inconvenient distraction. He neither loses a chew, nor breaks rhythm, even when all hell breaks loose with the frenzy that occurs at the moment of the sixth second, with ten rambunctious Coddle-Poppers having a ruck (after the mandatory initial 5 seconds). Such is his savoured palate moment… but that’s another story for another day.

Getting back to the subject in hand, Tommy ‘Top-Tips’ Tinklehausser highlights that our brain is wired to protect us from anything unfamiliar or uncomfortable. When we hesitate (even for a moment), our mind begins to flood itself with reasons/excuses NOT to act.

The 5-4-3-2-1 countdown interrupts this pattern by activating our prefrontal cortex (the part of our brain responsible for decision-making and intentional action), while bypassing the emotional brain (that triggers hesitation). It’s like piling on the brakes to our overthinking before it can get the opportunity to stop us. We apply it like this:

  • We pay attention to when there’s an impulse to do something productive (exercise, make a phone call, start that project).
  • When we feel it, we count backward (out loud or in our head): 5-4-3-2-1.
  • As soon as we hit 1, we make a start. Stand up, pick up the phone, open our laptop (whatever it is that begins the action).
  • We make sure NOT to give ourself time to change our mind. The physical movement is the secret sauce (it signals to our brain that we’re committed).

Coddle-Poppers use this first thing in the morning when the alarm goes off (we count down, then get up immediately)… Before the difficult conversation that we’ve been avoiding… When we need to disrupt worry spirals or negative self-talk… Any time that we catch ourself saying ‘I’ll do it later’ or ‘I don’t feel like it.’ It works especially well for simple things that we know we SHOULD do, but keep putting off.

Top tip: Start small with less important situations (to build confidence with the technique). Use it to put the phone down when scrolling, to drink water when thirsty, or to take a deep breath when stressed. Once trusting how well this works, start using it for the bigger challenges.

Emotional processes play a role in decision-making. This 5-Second Rule works because it doesn’t try to change how we feel; it works because it doesn’t give the feelings time to take over. According to Tommy ‘Top-Tips’ Tinklehausser, disrupting automated thought patterns with a simple, deliberate action like counting, shifts our brain from ‘hesitation-mode’ into ‘action-mode’ (making it easier to overcome the inertia that keeps us stuck).

Final Thought

According to Tommy ‘Top-Tips’ Tinklehausser, the great thing about the adaption of the Coddle-Poppers, is that it shifts us out of defending our limitations, and into exploring our possibilities (where the REAL change happens)!

(To work around this, Tommy ‘Top-Tips’ Tinklehausser is able to ‘suggest’ ideas through the power of meditation (as if it were our own thinking), so allow the suggestions to digest and percolate. It is intended as to tool to enhance our discernment skills. You’re welcome).

CLEARING LIMITATIONS

CLEARING LIMITATIONS

Clearing Limitations

Clarence Kokzuh-Poffen, is affectionately known as ‘The Cleaner.’ This particular Coddle-Popper has a very unique talent, where he can take any limited thought, and turn it on its head to a positive. He cleans our stinking thinking, and turns our ’can’ts’ into beautiful shiny ‘cans’.

Clarence Kokzuh-Poffen has offered to share his technique (for us to help ourselves), to release our self-imposed mental limitations (especially when it comes to taking action). Please grab a pen and piece of paper.

  1. Make a list of our limitations. Phrase up to five statements (or more), all beginning with the two words ‘I can’t.’ (I can’t do this, I can’t do that, I can’t this, and I can’t that).

We start by owning our ‘I can’t’ thoughts. In focusing on our ‘I can’t’ thoughts (our intention is to deliberately create what it is that we hold in our mind, so as to gain a bit of control over it).

Start with the first statement on our list. Example: (Statement of Rufus Gruffybritches, a student in the art of clearing limitations. He’s always wanted to be a videographer, but doesn’t do it because he doesn’t believe he can). His statement is: ‘I can’t be a videographer.’

Whatever our statement is, we close our eyes and focus on it. We fully own that particular ‘I can’t…’ (allow time to get into it).

Example (Rufus Gruffybritches): I can’t be a videographer.

We visualize it (as we think the thought) deliberately, and on purpose (It tends not to come up  automatic or subconsciously). The key is to bring our ‘I can’t…’ into our consciousness.

  1. Own it deeply. By getting deeper into it, we take more responsibility for it. This is achieved by rephrasing the limitation with, ‘I don’t want.’

So, instead of, ‘I can’t,’ we say, ‘I don’t want…’ as if it were our responsibility (like we’re the one creating it), it’s a deeper level of owning. We pretend that it’s not that we ‘can’t’ do it, it’s that we don’t ‘want’ to do it. (Rufus Gruffybritches’ example: I don’t want to be a videographer).

We do this and give ourself time to get into it (it may take a while to get into the feeling of NOT wanting it). Even if this seems silly, it will be true (on some level), that some aspect of us doesn’t want it, otherwise (if we really wanted it), we’d already be doing it. By focusing on the idea of, ‘I don’t want… (whatever our item is), this gives us a sense of empowerment when compared with ‘I can’t,’ where we’re the victim). With, ‘I don’t want,’ we are ‘of Source’. We’re responsible for everything in our life.

Underlying this, ‘I don’t want’ we should feel an emotional pain or frustration (which we may have already felt that by now), but just in case we haven’t, this next step will get us deeper.

3. Get even deeper, right into the frustration/pain/emotion underlying this issue. The way to do that is to become more involved with that issue, and let the emotion come up and out with the ‘because’. ‘I don’t want… because…’

We ask ourself, why don’t we want that? What’s the reason? There’s usually a reason, or payoff as to why our subconscious does not want this. As we do this, answer the question with, ‘because,’ and see what emotions come up. Allow the emotions to come up and pass through (don’t push away, don’t resist).

Rufus Gruffybritches’ example: I don’t want to be a videographer because… (insert thought)… I’m not good enough.

There might be many reasons come up (reasons WE don’t want, reasons SOMEONE ELSE might not want that, reasons why we don’t want to play along, and pretend. We find out what’s below that, and FEEL whatever kind of frustration/emotion, perhaps some shame/guilt/fear, resignation/anger or some kind of stress.

The way to release these emotions is by allowing them to come up and out by FEELING the emotion (just sitting and breathing with the emotion), rather than suppressing them with thought. If we can release one emotion, we release a thousand thoughts. With that, there might be a pain in our chest/stomach/forehead/solar plexus (where most of the emotions are stored, beneath all the thought rubbish). Allow the emotion to come up.

‘I don’t want… because…’ is to allow the emotions to come up and pass through. We let them run out by FEELING what is there, instead of pushing back down or ignoring it. FEEL what’s there. We are a part of Source. We’re bigger than those emotions. We’re their observer. We permeate those emotions, and expand far, and wide outside of those emotions. We’re ‘of Source,’ there’s nothing to be afraid of. Some of us might get tears (that’s okay, that’s release), then once we’ve let the emotions run out. We go to the next step.

Rufus Gruffybritches’ example: I don’t want to be a videographer because… it’s so much stress, because… my movies are actually boring, because… I just want recognition that I’ve never received, because…I’m not good enough, and because… I’m a pretender (examples of the emotions that would come up).

  1. Rephrase our statement to the empowered statement. (The final step). Once the emotions are somewhat cleared, we rephrase our statement to the empowered statement, which is ‘I can’ (I can be a videographer, I can make good films).

We close our eyes and hold the thought ‘I can…’ (whatever our topic is), this is the empowered opposite of the ‘I can’t,’ (which is now much easier to focus on because we’ve released the old).

In true Coddle-Popper tradition, it’s a very simple technique. We just have to take the time and awareness to do it slowly, step by step. We focus on ‘I can…’ (Rufus Gruffybritches’ example: I can be a GOOD videographer), and if we want to add some spice to it, we add ‘because.’ The word because supports it emotionally, so ‘I can… because…’ the more reasons we come up with why we can do it, the better!

We focus on this thought longer than the other ones because these are the thoughts we’d like to turn into habit, and we’d like to emotionalize ‘I can if I really, really, want to.’

‘I can… because…’ we really give ourself plenty of time to get into it, to feel it, see it, name reasons for it. Why we think we CAN do that?

At least now we get to understand how Clarence Kokzuh-Poffen became ‘The Cleaner.’ For those that are wondering, Rufus Gruffybritches overcame his ‘stinking thinking’ and is now in charge of the social media of ‘The Land of the Little People’ Band. Those of us that have signed up for the Newsletter are quite likely to come across some of his work in the very near future.

Clarence Kokzuh-Poffen Summary:

We feel better (afterwards) than before. We started out with a feeling of limitation and we ended up with either relief, or a sense of empowerment (real strength). In this same manner, we rinse and repeat our entire list of ‘I can’t’ items.

One at a time, we take our ‘I can’t’ item, and focus on the ‘I can’t.’ We then go one step deeper, and rephrase it to ‘I don’t want,’ and focus on that. The third step is ‘I don’t want… because,’ and as we focus there, we bring up all the feelings. We let them run out and/or through until we’re okay. The fourth step is to rephrase it to ‘I can.’ We focus on the ‘I can’ until we feel a sense of empowerment or relief. You’re welcome.

SPIRITUAL QUEST

If you wish to discover more about yourself and how life operates, please check out our Faery Wood Spiritual Quest. It walks us through our patterns, awareness, triggers, forgiveness, acceptance, intentions, purpose and many more areas of our life such as change.

IMPORTANT: Our mind is a magnet. When we think of blessings, we attract blessings. Likewise, when we think of problems we attract problems too. So we need to do our best to make sure to always have good thoughts and be positive.

THE GAP BETWEEN WHAT DIDN’T WORK AND UNDERSTANDING WHY

THE GAP BETWEEN WHAT DIDN’T WORK AND UNDERSTANDING WHY

The gap between what didn’t work and understanding why

‘Dear Anty’ is a service that anonymously answers Coddle-Poppers problems as they encounter them, and as we all know, a problem shared, is a problem halved. ‘Dear Anty’ has become so successful that Anthony Arthur Gony now even helps humans too. (Don’t be surprised if this is not eventually included in The Frequency newsletter/magazine too). We are all one, and have similar problems with each other, so if a solution can fix it for one person, it can for others too. Let’s take a closer look of Anthony Arthur Gony at work:

DEAR ANTY

This cycle is exhausting: I summon energy to try something new for my mental health. I invest hope and effort, then watch it fizzle out without the changes I was hoping for.

After many attempts, my motivation has become almost impossible to summon (not because I’m lazy or lack willpower), but because my brain has learned to protect me from the pain of disappointment. What can I do?

WHAT IT IS

Anthony Arthur Gony reassures us that the weariness is something that a lot of us experience after fighting hard for our mental health without seeing the results we desperately want. That exhaustion is hard earned, but it doesn’t mean we’re not trying hard enough, nor that we’re somehow broken beyond repair.

Something important happens after repeated disappointments. According to Anthony Arthur Gony, our brain starts to protect us from future letdowns by killing our motivation before we even begin (It’s trying to save us from the pain of hope followed by failure). It’s our nervous system attempting to shield us from what it perceives as an inevitable hurt.

HOW IT HAPPENS

The good news is that there’s usually a gap between what DIDN’T work and UNDERSTANDING why it didn’t work. Anthony Arthur Gony suggests that maybe meditation was wrong for our specific attention style. Maybe the therapist wasn’t the right match, or we needed a different therapeutic approach entirely.

But for most of us, what if maybe our timeline was just unrealistic and we were expecting to experience major shifts in just a few weeks when neurological change usually takes months (planning fallacy). Or just maybe the approach WAS actually helping, but in small ways that we couldn’t see because we were looking for a DRAMATIC transformation. Yes sir.

Anthony Arthur Gony further points out that people often abandon strategies right at the point just before they were about to start yielding benefits. Our expectation that something SHOULD work quickly and dramatically often sets up for perceived failure. Real change rarely follows a straight upward line. It’s realistically more like a slow raising our baseline over time, and usually with plenty of setbacks mixed in for good measure.

TOP TIP

Anthony Arthur Gony recommends that instead of us going through the rigmarole of committing to a whole new approach, why not experiment and try with just one tiny element for two weeks and to keep in mind that it’s NOT to fix everything, but more to gather information about what happens. Make sure to remove any pressure of it NEEDING to work, and to treat it like a low-stakes experiment. Anthony Arthur Gony suggests us giving this a try:

  • Revisiting something that helped even slightly before. (Sometimes, we abandon things that were actually useful because they didn’t work as much as we’d hoped).
  • Lowering our definition of success by a lot. (Showing up counts, also,  feeling 2% better one day this week, also counts).
  • Keeping a simple log of what we try and what we notice, without judgment about whether it’s ‘working.’

FINAL THOUGHT

Anthony Arthur Gony reminds us that meaningful change accumulates slowly through imperfect efforts over time. Unfortunately, it’s NOT through finding the ONE perfect solution that fixes everything immediately. There’s always the Triple ’T’ as another alternative.

According to Anthony Arthur Gony, these small shifts create space for truth, nuance, and respect.

(To work around this, Anthony Arthur Gony is able to ‘suggest’ ideas through the power of meditation (as if it were our own thinking), so allow the suggestions to digest and percolate. It is intended as to tool to enhance our discernment skills. You’re welcome).

MORE ABOUT ANTHONY ARTHUR GONY (Editors notes)
